'Call of Duty: Black Ops II' a hit with Sanford gamers

SANFORD, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

It was an exciting night for centralFlorida kids in Sanford, as Game Stop unveiled the video game "Call of Duty,Black Ops II."

Around 200 people showed up for a late night party at the store.There was a DJ, food trucks and people of all ages. The game was released at12:01 a.m., but people started showing up at 5 p.m. The store manager gave themwrist bands so they wouldn't have to wait in line. Many pre-ordered the gameand couldn't wait to pick it up on Tuesday morning.

Call of Duty, Black Ops II is an action-packed video game,with military style fighting.  Many in the crowd have been waiting 6 months forthe release.  Even though children had to wake up early for school, some saythey took naps after school so they could stay up late. The game costs $60.
