Autopsy reveals Winter Haven teen fatally shot multiple times

Winter Haven Police have received autopsy results in the death of a teenager whose body was found along the Chain of Lakes Trail on Monday.   Alicia Dorene Barnett, 18, died from multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Medical Examiner.

Police continue to search for evidence leading to the killer and a $5,000 reward is being offered to anyone with information leading to an arrest.

"The members of the Winter Haven Police Department are dedicated to finding the killer or killers responsible for this tragedy," said Chief Gary Hester. "We will continue to work around the clock until this killer is brought to justice."

Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-226-TIPS (8477).  Callers can remain anonymous and could be eligible for a CASH reward of $5,000.
