APOPKA, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -
An iPhone in a carjacking victim's vehicle led authorities to the suspect Wednesday night, Orlando Police said.
The female victim was helping an elderly neighbor to her door after they attended a church service in Apopka at about 9 p.m. when a teen jumped into her car and took off, investigators said.
Her iPhone was still in the car.
Police traced the cell phone to a Walmart in Apopka, where they observed the 17-year-old suspect come out to the car and took him into custody.
