MIDDLETOWN, Pa. -

A lucky Cash 5 ticket holder is about to have a very merry Christmas in Philadelphia to the tune of $700,000.

On Monday, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced one jackpot-winning Cash 5 ticket worth $700,000 from Sunday's drawing was sold at the Bi-Rite Deli on the 3200 block of Red Lion Road in Philadelphia.

State lottery officials say the ticket correctly matched all five balls, "03-05-17-19-28, to win the jackpot.

The retailer will receive a bonus in the amount of $5,000 for selling the winning ticket.

Lottery officials say they cannot confirm the identity of the winner until the prize is claimed and the ticket is validated.

Winners of Cash 5 have one year from the drawing date to claim their prizes.

Lottery officials recommend the lucky ticket holder sign the back of the ticket and call the Pennsylvania Lottery at 717-702-8146.
