Pastors Bartend For Good Cause In Mile High City

DENVER, CO -

Customers of a Denver, Colorado bar saw something somewhat unordinary Christmas Eve when they were poured drinks by three pastors.

The three pastors from Denver say they wanted to pour drinks for tips to be donated to the homeless.

Half of the money generated was set to go to a program that feeds the homeless at a church while the other half was planned for homeless people living in a city park.

After the night of serving, the pastors were scheduled to lead a midnight mass.

The trio says they weren't looking to spread the gospel in the bar, just awareness, perspective and what the meaning of this time of year is all about.

Tuesday morning will feature another round patchy fog. It will be a mild and muggy start with temps in the mid 60s for the city and around 60 for the suburbs.  Look for more clouds than sun with highs the low 80s. There could be a few spotty showers during the day.
