Two men in a Chicago Lawn neighborhood parking lot were wounded in a Tuesday afternoon shooting on the Southwest Side.

The men were shot in the legs about 4 p.m. in near South Western Avenue and West 65th Street, police said. A gunman approached on foot, opened fire and ran.

A 19-year-old man was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in critical condition and a 20-year-old man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in "stable" condition, police said.
