DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -
An SUV traveling on Interstate 4 overturned this morning, killing the driver and spilling 6,000 court documents across the roadway.
Joseph Wall, 26, of New Smyrna Beach was heading westbound on I-4 near U.S. 92 in Daytona Beach when his 2003 Chevy traveled off the roadway and rolled, ejecting him, troopers said.
Wall was not wearing a seat belt, according to the Florida Highway Patrol's initial report.
Thousands of court documents were spilled across the roadway, which was closed as officials collected the papers.
The crash is under investigation.
