CPS commission may close only 20 schools in any 1 year: Source

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
New Chicago Public Schools CEO Barbara Byrd-Bennett is working with a commission handpicked to oversee the proposed plan for the closing of some CPS schools.
A source said the revised plan will give parents more time to prepare instead of scrambling to find alternatives.
Mayor Emanuel and Byrd-Bennett have 193 schools on their potential list of closures. These include schools that might not be utilizing resources as well as others.
They have until March 2013 to make a final announcement on which CPS schools will be closing.
