PHILADELPHIA -

Police on Wednesday released the mug shot of a man accused of claming he had explosives at the liberty Bell Center over the weekend.

Carlos Balsas was arrested Saturday on terroristic threats, false alarms and resisting arrest charges, police said.

Balsas, who is being held on bail, is scheduled to appear in court on February 1.

Balsas is accused of making the threats shortly after 10 a.m. Saturday morning when he entered the Liberty Bell Center. Police say a security officer told him that he had to check his bags. Police say it was at that time Balsas claimed he had explosives.

Balsas then left the building.

Investigators did not find any explosives in the bags.
