Just about every little girl dreams of growing up to be Cinderella. Denise Webb had an even loftier goal -- becoming the real fairy godmother at Barnsley Gardens Resort.
Forget everything you learned in Cinderella. Denise Webb is the real thing. He office includes helium tanks, pints, bubble bath and a corpse's legs.
"I have the honor of being the Fairy Godmother of Barnsley Gardens," Webb said.
She wears glittery sneakers, drives a golf cart and randomly breaks into hip-hop dance. She says love is her business.
"Maybe a couple is trying to renew their marriage, trying to fall back in love again, and I would take rose petals and candles and sneak over to their room and leave champagne," said Webb.
As the official fairy godmother at Parsley Gardens Resort, Webb is in charge of creating romance. She helps plan proposals, anniversary surprises, holiday getaways and pretty much anything else guests ask for.
With an average of 40 proposals a year over 14 years, it's obvious there's some real magic in her wand. But in the end, when it comes to love, the fairy godmother says she is the real winner.
