COBBS CREEK -

With one suspect under arrest and more arrests expected, the family of the 5-year-old kidnap victim spent the weekend celebrating her upcoming 6th birthday while still waiting patiently for justice.

"We will be glad when we get to total resolution. I wish the person they have would be more forthcoming, I don't understand why not, I'm sure she didn't do it alone," said family member Stephanie Barber.

FOX29 News has learned that 19-year-old kidnapping suspect Christina Regusters is now being held on $4 million bail at a prison outside of Philadelphia, perhaps as a safety precaution. That comes as the attorney for the victim appeared on Good Day Monday, saying Regusters, who worked at a day care the child attended, may have been obsessed with the victim.

"She put a hand print of both herself, as well as the abducted girl, as well as the little girl's brother, on her Facebook page," attorney Tom Kline said.

Regusters' attorney, Fred Harrison, disputed that Monday saying his client was not obsessed with the child. She maintains her innocence. Both he and Kline agree more suspects were involved.

"There is no doubt in my mind that there will be additional arrests. There has to be a man involved," Kline said.

Criminal defense attorney Fortunato Perri Jr., a former prosecutor, says police will need a DNA match, other physical evidence or cooperation from someone involved in the abduction to move forward.

"Without trace evidence and without the ability to have anyone else cooperate against the people involved, it's gonna' be like looking for a needle in haystack," Perri explained.

In the meantime family members are praising the victim's bravery and courage. The little girl helped lead investigators to the home on Walton avenue where she was blindfolded, held captive 20 hours and assaulted. She was threatened repeatedly.

"She's just an amazing child, she's doing well, she's recovering and trying to get back to normal," Barber said.
