ATLANTA -
A vigil was held at Forest Park High School in metro Atlanta on Friday to remember a young mother murdered earlier this week.
Shakhira Dunson, 20, leaves behind a 10-month-old son.
The boy's father, Carlos Simpson, is accused of shooting Dunson on Eagle's Nest Circle on Tuesday.
The victim's mother said Simpson threatened to kill her daughter if she ever left him.
Dunson's mother says she's also just learned her daughter was 20 weeks pregnant.
Dunson's 10-month old son is now with Shakhira's mother.
