After a chilly start, temperatures will warm up to the mid to upper 70's under sunny skies. It will be breezy, with gusts up to 20 mph possible. Tonight, clouds will build in as a cold front approaches the area. We have a slight risk of showers, mainly after midnight. Low temperatures will only drop to the low to mid 50's.
