A Reading, Pa., man accused of killing his wife in 2005 has been captured in Italy, authorities say. He was on the top 15 "Most Wanted" list for the U.S. Marshals Service.

Investigators say 42-year-old Miguel Torres killed his wife, Barbara Torres, after she filed a restraining order against him. According to police, Torres hid in his wife's car.  When she saw him in the back seat she ran, but Torres allegedly shot her in the back, then again in the head.

Police believe he got away in his wife's car, and swapped it with a rental van later that day. The van was discovered at LaGuardia Airport a year later.

Investigators from the U.S. Marshals Service worked with Italian Authorities to find Torres, who was using the alias "Rene Rodon".
