Police are asking the public's help to find a 13-year-old boy with bipolar disorder, who went missing Friday in the South Side Morgan Park neighborhood.
Kobe Allen was last seen near 95th Street and Ashland Avenue, Area South detectives said in an alert.
He suffers from bipolar disorder, and was last seen wearing a black jacket with a torn sleeve, navy blue pants and black gym shoes, the alert said.
Kobe is described as a 5-foot-4, 175-pound black boy with brown eyes, black hair worn in a short Afro cut and a medium complexion, the alert said.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact detectives at (312) 747-8274.
