DETROIT (WJBK) -

Circuit court Judge Wade McCree officially answered a complaint brought by the Judicial Tenure Commission Thursday - a complaint that might lead to him being bounced on the street.

Judge McCree admits that he began a sexual relationship with a young woman who had a case before him on child support.

He admits to shagging her in his chambers - and sending her text messages about potential penalties - for the baby's father.

Judge McCree said the affair had no bearing on his decision, and further - he acted like a true professional.

The judge also said, repeatedly, that he could verify the authenticity of emails and text messages - sent from his account!

So what about the text messages sent from his phone - at the same time he was sitting on the bench?

Classy stuff, like... pleasuring himself.

Those, he said - if anything - were only meant to "flatter" the young woman. And it was okay, because he sent those during a time-out.

As for the messages sent in November, 2012, well, those were of a practical nature.

They discussed the abortion of his baby.

Fox 2 News Legal Analyst Charlie Langton reviewed Judge McCree's answers. Not very good, Langton says.

"Not believable," Langton said Thursday. "Here's the problem. He talks about the case outside of court. That violates a lot of the rules. And then inside the court he goes on texting weird stuff - and he DOES weird stuff in the court. This guy doesn't know which way is in and which way is out."

"That's an appearance of impropriety. That the Judicial Ten sure Commission will take into consideration, and this guy will probably be out," Langton said.

So what happens from here?

There's a hearing scheduled Friday to discuss details of Judge McCree's upcoming trial.

If found guilty, he'll be stripped of his robe and potentially, his right to practice law.

We'll keep you informed.
