Bill Clinton to speak at UCF commencement ceremony
ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -
Former President Bill Clinton will be a commencement speaker at the University of Central Florida next week and will receive an honorary degree, the university said Wednesday.
Clinton will speak at the 2:30 p.m. ceremony May 2 at the UCF Arena, one of five commencement ceremonies next week. The graduates are from UCF's College of Health and Public Affairs and the College of Medicine's Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences.
This marks Clinton's third visit to the UCF campus and the second time a president has been a commencement speaker. Richard M. Nixon addressed graduates in 1973.
Tickets are required to attend the spring 2013 ceremonies. For more information and to see who else will address graduates, go to UCF.edu.
