Missing 88-year-old Marietta man sought

MARIETTA, Ga. -

Authorities in Marietta are searching for a missing 88-year-old man.

Police say that William Kemp Hall was last heard from when he talked on the phone to his family on Sunday, May 12.

Hall and his vehicle have gone missing from his Marietta home on Windy Hill Road, according to authorities.

Hall is an 88-year-old white male with blue eyes and white/gray hair, 6-feet tall and weighs approximately 145 pounds.  He has a thin mustache and is missing the fingernail on his left thumb, authorities said.

His vehicle is a silver 1997 Dodge Caravan with the Georgia plate "PHY3564". It has damage to the passenger sliding door.

Hall suffers from early-stage dementia, authorities said.
