ANN ARBOR, Mich. (WJBK) -

He once said there was no shame in his game, but now Wayne County Circuit Judge Wade McCree is fighting to save his job and his career. Monday, the woman who was once his mistress testified about their numerous sexual encounters.

The star witness for the Judicial Tenure Commission, that's the fact finding group for the Michigan Supreme Court, talked sex and more sex.

"Between May and November of 2012, did you engage in sexual conduct with Judge McCree?" Geniene Mott was asked.

"Yes, I did," she answered.

"Numerous times?" she was asked.

"Yes," Mott said.

"At least twice at the Westin hotel?" she was asked.

"Yes," she replied.

"How about Judge McCree's marital home?" she was asked.

"Yes," she said.

"How about your house?" she was asked.

"Yes," she said.

Mott testified that she's pregnant today, but is it the judge's child?

"Ms. Mott, you were never pregnant with Judge McCree's child, were you?" McCree's attorney Brian Einhorn asked her.

"Yes, indeed I was," she answered.

"You're not pregnant with his child now, are you?" she was asked.

"I'm not answering any questions related to my pregnancy," Mott said.

"You're not pregnant with his child, are you," she was asked again.

"Objection, asked and answered. She said yes she was," an opposing lawyer said.

"You're pregnant right now with his child?" Einhorn asked Mott.

"I'm not answering any questions related to my pregnancy," she said.

"Judge, may I have answers to the questions?" Einhorn asked.

"No," the judge responded.

"My pregnancy is protected by both HIPPA and doctor-patient confidentiality," Mott said.

Mott also testified that McCree gave her $5,000 for a down payment on a house.

At issue is whether McCree committed judicial malpractice. On Tuesday, we will hear from McCree, who had no comment as he left court.
