Unhappy, Uninvolved, Workers Not Reaching Full Potential

Unhappy, Uninvolved, Workers Not Reaching Full Potential

Posted: Updated:

Around 70% of American workers aren't reaching their full potential.

Its hurting companies' bottom lines in the process, according to a Gallup report.

Less than a third of workers were actively engaged in their jobs last year.

The report also says that disengaged workers are more likely to steal from their companies, call out sick, and drive customers away!

It seems as though employers in our area should take this report into consideration.

Based on the results, Pennsylvania and New Jersey made the top five in the list of states where people simply hate going to work.
