HARTLY, Del. -

Delaware State Police say they have arrested three suspects after a robbery near Hartly.

Around 8:15 p.m. Wednesday, a 25 year-old male went to Royal Farms to fuel his car. He got money from the ATM and soon after was approached by a white male, who police say was Bradford J. Husfelt.

Husfelt, 19, allegedly took the $200 and fled to the other end of the store.

When the victim called the Kent County Emergency Operations Center and gave information to dispatchers, Dover Police were notified, and they stopped Husfelt and two other suspects in a white station wagon as it entered city limits.

The other two were identified as Clayton L. Adam, 20, and Daniel C. Legg, 17. All three were charged with robbery, possession of a weapon during a felony, menacing, conspiracy and theft.

One of them has been released to a parent on $14,500 dollars unsecured bond.

The victim was injured in the incident, police said.
