Gay Marriage Rights Advocates Rally In Trenton

TRENTON, N.J. -

New Jersians rally on the steps of the state house in Trenton, to show support for marriage equality.

Members of Garden State Equality gathered, to send a message to the state government.

They say yesterday's Supreme Court ruling against the Defense of Marriage Act should pave the way to gay marriage rights in New Jersey. And they're ready to take up their fight to the state supreme court.

Governor Chris Christie came out against the US Supreme Court's ruling yesterday, but says if New Jersians voted for gay marriage, he would uphold the law.
