Here is the recipe featured on FOX 2 News Morning:

Marinated Smoked Rib Eye Steak

4 rib eye steaks

2 tsp. sea salt

2 tsp. black pepper

1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped

2 tbsp. olive oil.

1 c. hickory wood chips

Soak wood chips in a small amount of water. Place a small metal pan onto the radiant or coals of your bbq grill.

Preheat grill.

Rub the steaks with the olive oil.

Mix the salt, pepper and rosemary together.

Sprinkle the mixture onto both sides of the steak.

Drain the wood chips.

Carefully place the wood chips into the small metal pan.

When chips begin to smolder, place the steaks onto the grill.

Cook the steaks approximately 4 to 6 minutes per side turning once.

Let rest for one to two minutes before serving.
