Service went on as normal for one Glendale church after their building's roof collapsed on Friday evening. The Church at Arrowhead near 79th Avenue and Union Hills held Sunday service after the roof on the worship center collapsed earlier this week. Some furniture was damaged during the collapse. One church patron was inside the building when the roof caved in. "Then it was just this roar and I looked back and I saw daylight and the whole thing was just coming down," said Connie Meisner. It will be a few weeks before the ceiling and roof can be fixed because the church must go through city codes when rebuilding.
