Suspect Attacks Man with Bat In Dunkin Donuts Drive-Thru

Philadelphia Police are looking for the man they say attacked another man with a baseball bat in the drive-thru lane of an East Erie Avenue Dunkin Donuts.

The attack occurred on July 1st at 1:00am. 

A 20-year old male was involved in an argument with a friend in the drive thru of the Hunting Park establishment.  During the argument, a man who was operating a 4-door vehicle pulled behind the victim's vehicle.  The suspect exited his car and struck the victim in the head with a bat. 

The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as an Hispanic male, wearing a white tank top and dark colored shorts.
