Whether you're a fan or not, you likely couldn't escape the recent searing headlines detailing the nightmarish scandal that's jettisoned Food Network Star and household name Paula Deen out of the pan and into the fire.

Deen's public admittal to using of the "N" word during a hearing related to an ongoing legal matter ignited a firestorm of controversy. Even a videotaped apology from Deen couldn't spare her from loss of business, partnerships and viewers.

But, is it really too late for Deen to repair the damage done and return to some semblance of her former celebrity?
