Cravings! Study Reveals Most Addictive Food Chains

Posted: Updated:

Food. We love it. We need it.

Craving - we lust, we dream, we are addicted!  Sometimes we need to satiate our addictive cravings, right?

So, where do you go to get your food fix?

A study done by the market research firm "Technomic," found Krispy Kreme as the most addictive food chain.

Rounding out the top three are two other places for sweet treats: Coldstone Creamery and Auntie Annie's.

The study also found Red Lobster is more addictive than restaurant chains like the Olive Garden and Cracker Barrel.

Pizza and burger chains were not even named in the study.     Experts also found that just 25% of adults eat healthy while they're out to dinner.   A whopping 75% of people crave food high in sugar, fat and salt!
