ATLANTA -

The shuttle bus company involved in a crash near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport  is back in business.

MTI Limos and Shuttles was shut down while the Department of Transportation investigated their safety policies.

Eighteen people were hurt when a bus hit a tractor-trailer in May.

The shuttle bus driver was charged with not having a commercial driver's license.

The owner of the company also faces charges for not properly maintaining the vehicle.
