PORT ORANGE, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

A Volusia County coffee business owner made more than just lattes and mochas, authorities say.

Port Orange Police arrested Christopher Brown at his home Tuesday and charged him with growing marijuana at his business, Christopher Bean Coffee Company, 413 Oak Place, Unit J.

The investigation began after police received a tip from an employee. They received a search warrant for the business and found a locked room that contained a cannabis grow operation, police said. Officers seized multiple plants, they said.

Brown's bond was set at $20,000.
