Orange County sheriff's deputies are releasing surveillance video from a violent armed robbery, in the hopes that it will help identify the suspect.  The surveillance video captures the terrifying moments when a 27-year-old cellphone store owner was forced to stare down the barrel of a gun.

"I just acted as calm as I could be, you know with a gun in my face, and tried to meet whatever demands, he wanted and hopefully get out a live," said Joshua Arnold.

The incident happened here at Simple Mobile on Orange Blossom Trail, a business Arnold owns with his brother -- Arnold was by himself just before 5:30 Tuesday evening when the suspect walked in as if he were a normal customer.

"This gentleman comes in with a big duffel bag, and asked me what the most expensive phone we had was," Arnold said.

They chat about phones for about five minutes, before the so called customer confronts the victim with a gun.
"We had a little side door right here, he tore that off and chased me and I was about 10 feet from the door in the back, and he said if I move he'd kill me, so I figured I'd give up at that point," Arnold said.
The video shows Arnold running for his life, the suspect then brings him back to the front of the store asking him to point out where the cash is, but what you don't see is the suspect then forcing the victim into a bathroom.

"He took everything, locked me in from the inside and proceed to rob the store," Arnold said.

The video shows the suspect taking dozens of phones from the display cases and putting them in the duffel bag along with cash, then casually walking out.

"The suspect's aggressive nature, is a little unusual and we feel that it's very important, that the public assist us with identifying the suspect," said Det. Jason Sams of the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Orange County deputies say the suspect also has a distinctive birth mark on the left side of his face, they're  are asking anyone with information on the suspect to call Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS (8477).
