Would you pay a dollar for an ice cold drink on a hot day if it was on the honor system? That's the test one beverage company did earlier this month to find out which state is the most honest.
Honest Tea went to every state and set up kiosks offering ice tea and lemonade for $1.
The stands included a sign asking for money to be dropped off in a box.
According to the study, Washington, D.C., was the least honest, where only 8 out of 10 people paid for their drink.
In Hawaii, everyone paid!
In Pennsylvania, 91 percent of participants paid for their tea. In New Jersey, 96 percent of people paid. But in Delaware, only 88 percent did.
