Mandy Ingber, New York Times Best-Selling Author of  "Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover" and fitness instructor to stars like Jennifer Aniston and Kate Beckinsale, stops by Good Day LA to share simple tips for healthy summer snacking.

Mandy whips ups what she calls "painted fruit,' a recipe she found from Laura Harrelson, wife of main yogi Woody Harrelson. Mandy says this dish is great for dessert or breakfast and it will knock your socks off!

Mandy says our relationship with food tends to naturally evolve with the change in seasons. Mandy shares some of her favorite snacking tips for the warmer Summer months--they're also perfect to pack up for when you're traveling.
