SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -

The Masked Man of Mayhem is back, and this time the tables have been turned. He says he's scared of one of the very people he's been known to habitually attack online, so he filed a personal protection order against him. But even the judge doesn't buy it.

Fox 2's Rob Wolchek first introduced us to Charles Fitch in August.

Fitch calls himself "eBay is a joke," a self-described prankster out to destroy his enemies. His targets are people who make their living by selling things on the Internet, specifically eBay.
