Brant Daugherty: Hips And Feet Are Really Sore

Brant Daugherty: Hips And Feet Are Really Sore

Posted: Updated:

If Brant Daughterty didn't look nervous on the season debut of "Dancing With The Stars," well, then he did a good job of fooling you.

"I was pretending I wasn't, for everybody else's sake. But I was really sweating it. We had to come out right after that opening number -- and we were running around the studio and there was a costume change. It was a lot to deal with, but I'm glad we got it out of the way early. We got to ride the initial wave of energy of the crowd. I had an amazing time."

You know Brant from "Pretty Little Liars," which he says he hopes to return to, and from "Army Wives."  And if his ultimate goal on "DWTS" is to take home that mirror-ball trophy, he isn't admitting that just yet.  "My only goal is to put on the best show that we can. I know the audience will be there with us if we keep them entertained, keep them guessing. Just to do the best we can is really going to help me grow as a performer."

Brant joins Steve Edwards and Maria Sansone on Good Day L.A.
