Reid Returns For Prime-Time Showdown With Eagles

Posted: Updated:
PHILADELPHIA -

It's a showdown at the Linc on Thursday night as the Eagles take on the Kansas City Chiefs.

But it's not just the players on the field who fans will be waiting to see. It's the return of Chiefs head coach Andy Reid.

Reid is back in Philadelphia for his much anticipated return to Lincoln Financial Field.

Reid spent 14 seasons as the Eagles head coach before he was fired following the 2012 season.

During Thursday night's halftime ceremony, former Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb will be inducted into the team's hall of fame and have his No. 5 jersey retired.

FOX 29's Steve Keeley was out at the Linc early Thursday with this preview of the game.
