DETROIT (AP) -- An 89-year-old Indiana man caught in Michigan with a load of cocaine plans to plead guilty next week.A court filing says Leo Sharp is due in Detroit federal court on Oct. 8 to change his not-guilty plea. A message seeking comment was left for his lawyerThe Michigan City man was 87 when he was stopped in Washtenaw County in 2011, based on a tip to state police by federal agents. Police discovered more than 200 pounds of cocaine.Sharp says he was forced at gunpoint to transport the cocaine. But agents say he wasn't a reluctant drug mule. They say there's evidence he'd been hauling drugs for years.
