Irvine Mom Convicted of Sexually Assaulting Teen Boys

FULLERTON (KTTV) - A 43-year-old woman was convicted of sexually assaulting two teenaged boys that came to her house.

Nicole Ethel McMillen, of Irvine, was found guilty today of four felony counts of lewd acts upon a child and three felony counts of oral copulation of a minor under 16-years-old.

McMillen is accused of having sexual contact with her son's 14-year-old friend in 2012. She is also accused of having a year-long sexual relationship with a 16-year-old between 2005 and 2006.

According to the Orange County District Attorney's Office, McMillen's "maintained a 'fun' home" for kids to hang out with her own children.

During the time of these incidents, McMillen was employed part-time at an elementary school in the city of Tustin and also with the Tustin Unified School District.

McMillen faces a maximum sentence of six years and three months in state prison. She is scheduled for sentencing on January 10, 2014 in Fullerton.
