Some people are upset after waiting in long lines at the Gwinnett Arena for the Michael Bublé concert on Sunday.

The concert used paperless tickets, which required concertgoers to bring their credit card and ID and then get a voucher from a machine to enter.

Delays last night caused long lines of angry fans outside the arena.

Gwinnett Arena General Manager Joseph Dennis released a statement, saying in part, "…Paperless tickets are helpful in minimizing ticket scalpers, however, it added an additional step to entry which caused longer than usual lines...We are working with all associated parties to rectify this problem moving forward."
