LOS ANGELES (FOX 11/CNS) - Former First Lady and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was honored at two separate events this week in L.A. on her second trip to Southern California in the last two weeks.

Clinton picked up an award from the U.S.-Mexico Foundation at a brunch at USC today.

The Mexican American Leadership Initiative, a project of the U.S.-Mexico Foundation and CSII, hosted an awards brunch honoring Clinton for her years of leadership.

Clinton was also given an honor from the International Medical Corps last night in Beverly Hills where she was awarded with the Global Champion Award for her "contributions to the humanitarian community."

Clinton was also in the Southland last month to headline a fundraiser for her longtime friend, Terry McAuliffe, and to speak at an environmental charity event.
