Hiram Golson is still shaken up over what happened to his daughter. It all happened before midnight Friday on Rossini and Rex, just south of 8 Mile. Jordyn Davis Harris, 15 months old, is the latest victim of Detroit's gun violence. She was shot in the face during a birthday celebration.

"We were just sitting there listening to music and shots just came through," said Susan Davis, the baby's grandmother. "This has got to stop. It just has to."

Police say the shooting may have stemmed from a neighborhood dispute. So far, police have no suspects and description of the car the gunman was driving. Relatives hope that lack of information does not stall the case.

The baby could be released from the hospital as early as Sunday. If you have any information on this shooting, call Detroit police.
