Sunday marked the two year anniversary since Orlando Mother of three, Michelle Parker was last seen, but some newly released evidence could shed some light on how the case is going. On Monday, the Orlando Police Department will hold a press conference at the OPD headquarters at 100 S. Hughey Avenue where they will announce and share with the media, never before video evidence in the case.
Parker disappeared back on Nov. 17, 2011 after she dropped off her two youngest kids with their father, Dale Smith, Jr. He was the ex-fiancé of the 33-year-old.
Parker's vehicle was found abandoned at an apartment complex and her cell phone was discovered underwater near a bridge in Belle Isle, but there was no trace of Michelle. Michelle disappeared the same day as an airing of an episode of "The People's Court," on which she and her ex-fiancé appeared to have settled a dispute over a $5,000 engagement ring.
Police have named Smith Jr. as the prime suspect in her disappearance, but he has not been charged with any crime. Back in March of this year, Parker's family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Dale Smith, Jr.
The lawsuit states that Smith Jr. was, "negligent, or otherwise committed a wrongful act and caused the death of Michelle L. Parker."
