A closer look at the wind damages following Sunday's storm shows a now-leaning steeple at St. Josaphat Catholic Church in Detroit.

Part of the church was ripped off during the high winds.

The church is 112 years old and can been seen driving along I-75 near Canfield Street. The intersection of Canfield Street and the Chrysler Freeway Service Drive is now closed to traffic as a precaution. Officials say the precaution is necessary because the leaning steeple could possibly fall into the street.

Fox 2 was told church leaders met Tuesday to determine how to make repairs.
