Study: How Much Exercise Will Burn Off Holiday Calories
Put in some serious time on the treadmill to drop those Christmas calories.
According to the latest study, women will have to jog five hours to burn off the food they eat on Christmas, while men have to run four-and-a-half hours. In the pool, women will have to swim for over seven hours, while men will have to swim for over six hours.
The kicker is that women aren't even eating as much as men.
According to the Breville Survey, women will consume more than 3,500 calories on December 25th, compared to the 3,600 calories men will take in.
