PA Teen Arrested For Reportedly Making A Bomb

Police searched Vladislav Miftakhov's residence originally looking for contraband under the suspicion that he was selling drugs, but instead found a homemade bomb in his apartment.

The teenager was arrested and the state police bomb squad was able to dismantle the advice with no injuries.

"He's the weirdest human being I've ever met to be honest. He was always doing abstract things but never really anything dangerous like this before," said neighbor Andrew Leff.

Miftakhov is in jail with a half-million bail facing charges of posessing a weapon of mass destruction and risking a catastrophe.

"I'm hoping for the best for him but I really hope I never see him again because he's a dangerous kid," said Leff.
