Easy Recipe for your Big Game party

Makes 8 to 10 servings

1 1/2 cups prepared guacamole (i.e. Wholly Guacamole)

1 cup Meijer light sour cream

1/4 cup Meijer mayonnaise

1 pkg. Meijer reduced sodium taco seasoning

2 cans jalapeño-flavored refried beans

(Refried beans with chilies or traditional refried beans may be substituted)

2-3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped

1 (4 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained

1 large bunch green onions, chopped

1 (8-oz.) pkg. Meijer 2% milk shredded Cheddar cheese

1 bag TOSTITOS®

Diced fresh avocado (tossed with lime juice) and Chopped fresh cilantro-Optional Garnish

Directions:

1. In a small bowl mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning

2. Spread beans in an oblong dish or in individual disposable cups, and top with guacamole

3. Top with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with tomatoes, olives and onions. Sprinkle cheese on top

4. If desired, garnish with chopped avocado and cilantro. Serve with Tostitos®

 

Makes about 8 cups

2 cups (about 1/2 pound) chicken breast cut in small chunks

1 Tbsp. Meijer olive oil

1 (48 oz.) jar white northern beans-do not drain

1 1/2 Tbsp. McCormick ground cumin

1 1/2 cups Salsa (mild, medium or hot depending on your preference)

2 cups Meijer shredded Monterey jack, Colby jack or Sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. In a large pot sauté chicken in olive oil until no longer pink. (Shortcut: Use shredded rotisserie chicken)

2. Add beans, cumin, and salsa and heat until bubbly

3. Reduce heat to low and add cheese, stirring until melted
