K9 Given A Second Chance, Going To Super Bowl

Posted: Updated:
ATLANTIC COUNTY, N.J. -

An ex-Service dog is now heading to the Super Bowl after becoming a K9.

Dyno is the dog's name, and he was released from the Canine Partners for Life program because he was too energetic. That energy has given him a second chance as an explosive detection dog for the Atlantic County Sheriff's Office.

Dyno and her handler Officer Tonya Perednas are now going to the Super bowl as an explosive detection team. They will be on standby.
