Posted: Updated:

Ice Cube is in the movie "Ride Along", which has been #1 in the box office since it was released last week. He talked about keeping a straight face while working with Kevin Hart. He also talked about keeping his credibility as a performer and rapper. He knows he's not a gimmick, and that there's been a natural progression in his career, and people have rewarded him with longevity.

Fun Facts About Ice Cube: (Source: Wikipedia)

1) He is an American hip hop artist, record producer, actor, screenwriter, film producer, and director. He began his career as a member of the hip-hop group C.I.A. and later joined N.W.A (Niggaz Wit Attitudes).

2) After leaving N.W.A in December 1989, he built a successful solo career in music, and also as a writer, director, actor and producer in cinema. Additionally, he has served as one of the producers of the Showtime television series Barbershop and the TBS series Are We There Yet?, both of which are based upon films in which he portrayed the lead character.
