DETROIT (AP) - A man who authorities say opened fire at a Detroit tax preparation business is facing charges including assault with intent to commit murder.

The Wayne County prosecutor's office says 19-year-old Xzavier Tyrone Mazyck faces nine counts of assault with intent to murder, nine counts of assault with intent to do great bodily harm and other charges.

Mazyck is due in court Monday. The prosecutor's office says it's not aware whether he has a lawyer.

Prosecutors say Mazyck got into an argument with a tax preparer because a woman accompanying him wasn't able to get a cash tax refund.

The shooting happened Friday at Tax City Tax Service. Police said Friday four people were wounded in the shooting. Prosecutors said Monday a tax preparer was beaten and three other people shot.
