Enjoy An Exotic "Life On The Farm" At Cartersville Attraction

CARTERSVILLE, Ga. -

It's not unusual to find cows, donkeys, and chickens on North Georgia farms. But Pettit Creek Farms provides a home...where the camels and zebras roam!

The 80-acre Cartersville farm has been in the Allen family since 1945. It's still a working farm, but now draws big crowds to check out exotic animals like camels, zebras, emu, and even something called a Padagonian cavy! The Farms offer open fields for events, a Farmland Petting Zoo, and Hay Ride Farm Tour...and opens up to groups including class reunions, church organizations, and corporate outings.

With a new baby camel on-site, Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken made the trek to Cartersville to check out "life on the farm."
