Gainesville PD searching for "serial urinator" on UF campus

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

The Gainesville Police Department says it is investigating a "serial urinator" on the University of Florida campus.

Officers say there were at least four occurrences of battery and exposure of sexual organs that took place on February 22, February 26 and March 1.

They say the incidents took place between North West 17th Street and the West University Avenue across from the University of Florida campus.

Officials say the victims were standing with their backs turned to the suspect when they suddenly felt that they were being urinated on.  When the victims confronted the suspect investigators say, he was found exposing himself and then left the area on foot after the confrontation.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 25-30 years of age, 6' tall, medium to "chunky" build, short curly hair, dark complexion and was last seen wearing grey or dark hoodie and baggie jeans.
